Our biggest project is the RISE UP Project!

Our mission

The Non-Profit Group is a nonprofit organization located in Virginia dedicated to empowering individuals to rise up from their circumstances through homeless prevention activities, workforce & personal development, and housing support. The signature project is the RISE UP project (Regaining Independence through Support Education, and Uniting People) is to provide a supportive transition community with an apartment complex and community center operated by program participants. This program will give individuals a hands-up to avoid homelessness through training and employment, along with providing services to existing homeless individuals with transitional beds and daily hot meals. We will provide life sustaining resources.

This is a high level overall proposed project. It can result in a hugh impact around the world with the help of other nonprofits that want to be a part of this extraordinary opportunity to make a difference. The overall concept consists of an inclusive gated transition community which will provide solutions for multiple populations;

- hunger

- homeless individuals

- the ‘working poor’

- 'Teen moms'

- domestic violence safe house

- families in natural disaster crises.

We are working on:

- setting up the building fund and plans for the structure

- sponsors

- fundraisers
